Outdoor Classes

Group Fitness at Lower Providence Fire Co.

You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to take my classes! This is YOUR workout, no one else’s, so please modify the movements as needed. I will guide, coach, and give you modifications through each class. Before starting any fitness program, please consult your primary care physician.

Participants and visitors must adhere to our COVID-19 guidelines for masking and distancing.

Class Details

Bootcamp (Morning)

Duration: 45 minutes

Venue: Lower Providence Fire Co.
3199 Ridge Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403 ( MAP ↗ )

Description

An interval training class that combines calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Workouts will vary every week.

For the outdoor classes, please note:

  • If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending class.
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class time, and 10 minutes before class time if it is your first time attending.
  • Masks are required before and after class, but can be removed during class.
  • Each Bootcamper will have a marked spot designated to them for the duration of the class to adhere to social distancing protocols.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available.
  • Bring a water bottle and hydrate when needed.
  • In the event of inclement weather (rain, too hot), class will be held via Zoom. You will be notified within a minimum of 2 hours before class time if the class will be rescheduled for Zoom. Check the Because Fitness website or Facebook for these class updates.
  • …and don’t forget to have fun!
