2020 was a rough year to say the least, but it is not a time to forget about taking care of you! Exercise can give you a physical and mental boost that you need to guide you throughout your day.

Not only will Because Fitness help you stay motivated, I will donate a portion of all monthly proceeds to a charity in need. So, while you are getting fit you can feel even better knowing that you are helping others at the same time.
What Type of Classes?
All virtual, online classes are 30-minutes in length and I will give modifications during the workouts. Equipment is optional (hand weights, floor mats, resistance bands). Class formats may include:
- HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
- Tabata
- Strength & Cardio Intervals
- Core Workouts
This is YOUR workout, no one else’s, so please modify the movements as needed. Make sure that you have plenty of open space around you to safely and effectively perform exercises, and hydrate throughout your workout! Before starting any fitness program, please consult your primary care physician.

I’m your trainer, Kristi! I’m a certified ACE Fitness Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor who will guide you through some lower-key and intense workouts.
