Who’s the Trainer?
I’m your trainer, Kristi! I’m a certified ACE Fitness Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor who will guide you through some lower-key and intense workouts.
I became a fitness trainer through my own personal weight loss journey to become healthier, stronger and to alleviate pain associated with herniated discs in my lumbar spine. Consistency and patience is key.
I’ve worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in big gyms, small studios, corporate facilities and recreation centers since 2013. As these venues shifted focus in response to COVID-19, I started Because Fitness to continue helping others through virtual fitness classes, distanced outdoor fitness classes, and local community outreach.
