Welcome to Because Fitness
If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout, Because Fitness is the place for you. All classes are 30-45 minutes in length and include a warm-up and cooldown stretch.
In-person Group Fitness Classes are held both indoors and outdoors at venues near Collegeville, PA. Participants must follow distancing and masking guidelines. In case of inclement weather, outdoor class will be held via Zoom with a minimum of 2 hours notice.
Online Virtual Fitness Classes are held via Zoom. We present multiple camera angles, live overlay graphics, and countdown timers to help you achieve proper form and stay engaged.
5% of monthly proceeds will go to a local charitable foundation, such as animal rescues, homeless shelters, food pantries, and children’s hospitals. Read more about the Because Fitness programs and mission.
